The licence identifies Liput Raya Sdn Bhd as the licence holder and Layang Kaji Sdn Bhd as project contractor. The latest company profile records approximately RM1.5 million in infrastructure expenditure across the 7.5 km route from the main road, including bridge and access improvements.

For Phase 1 at Petak 3, 60 hectares were recorded as completed as at December 2025, while 40 hectares remained affected by rocky terrain. Phase 2 at Petak 4 was awaiting approval when the profile was prepared.

Nursery preparation and planting activities are documented from October 2025 through January 2026. The project also includes MC&I audit work, town halls and access-road settlement engagement with Pos Bersih, Orang Asli participation and school-focused ESG sponsorships.
